About us
IT smart director Dobrila Badzakova has a business and IT degree from AUT University and more than 20 years’ experience in IT project management, analysis and support. She started IT smart in 2009 after seeing what a big difference she could make to small and medium businesses facing technology issues and inefficiencies. Solving her client’s problems (and helping to reduce their stress levels!) is the most rewarding aspect of the job for Dobrila.
